Our child will be enrolled in Under the Oaks Summer Camp program during the above selected dates. We understand that all payments are non-refundable as cost for staff, insurance, rent etc. continue whether our child attends or not. We agree to abide by the policies and procedures of Under the Oaks. Under the Oaks reserves the right to terminate a family’s contract if policies are not followed or if we feel it is not a right fit.
